Many women would like to know how to perform a proper exercise to increase breast size. While breasts themselves are made up of fatty tissue and glands, you can increase the appearance and lift of the breasts by strengthening the muscles that hold them in place. The pectoral muscles in the chest lie behind the breasts, and toning the pectoral muscles will lift the breast tissue, resulting in perky breasts with a larger appearance. Additionally, it is recommended that you strengthen your entire torso, not only the chest but also your back, stomach, and shoulders. Holding yourself in a plank position on the floor, keep your middle tight and lower your arms and chest down almost to the floor. Raise back up to complete the push-up. If you are a beginner, lower your knees to the ground while performing the push-ups to begin to increase your arm strength. Do as many push-ups as you can in one setting. If you are dedicated to doing push-ups every day, you will see and feel a result in your breast and chest area.
If you have access to handheld weights, try fly lifts as an exercise to increase breast size. Lay on your back either on the floor or a bench with comfortable handheld weights, maybe only a few pounds for beginners. Hold the weights with outstretched arms in a “T” shape and lift your outstretched arms so the weights meet in the middle. Another variation is to lower your arms straight back over your head so they are in line with your body, and back up for one rep. Both of these fly lift variations are great workouts for the pectorals, shoulders, and arms. Start out doing fly lifts twice a week, and do three sets of three repetitions of ten (or “reps” as commonly called.) After the three sets, if the muscles engaged are not completely fatigued, increase the amount of weight you are using.
Finally, the last exercise to increase breast size is to work on your abdominal muscles and waist, as if you are thinner around the middle your breasts will appear larger in proportion. Do three sets of ten reps of abdominal crunches, not only in the middle but also angled towards each side. Then do three sets of ten reps of twisting crunches in order to help whittle down your waist.

Push-ups, fly lifts and abdominal crunches will tone your entire upper body, including lifting the breast tissue. Your breasts will appear larger and more shapely as a result.
